Recently I realized that for me, sleeping comfortably is the basis - a soft pillow, a warm blanket, and I always sleep in loose shorts and a blouse, because that's the most comfortable for me! 😴✨ Nothing beats that feeling when I can totally relax in fresh bedding and wake up like a new person in the morning.
